Trauma

Here I fall with broken wings,
As I call out for you to catch me.
And I can't wait to wake up next to you
I smile as these clouds fade away.
These wings take flight over oceans soaring gracefully.
I am what you created.
Birds have wings and so do angels
There must be a reason I am still here
A plot not yet lived out
Because I'm still breathing
