Of No Avail

So was that the age I could really see,
Who I really am, who I want to be.
Got to get my things settled,
But sometimes it's so hard.
Do I have to act like a grown-up man?
Don't think that would work, it's not what I am.
Why can't I enjoy playing with my toys anymore?
I am floating right through everything I can imagine,
Family and friend goive me a different point of view.
I never learned so much in one year all my life,
Well did it make me better ?
And hey most of the time
I actually don't give a fuck.
As long as I have fun, my friends and just a little luck.
This world's real strange to me,
But sometimes really cool so what the fuck.
I just try really hard to reach my dreams
But i can't fight bad luck.
Yeah getting drunk with my new friends
Almost everything is a reason to be happy i'm so young
I can see the history and my future
Like it's never part of me
